@chadkurosawa · Healthy Living

A healthy life, lived out loud.

Certified personal trainer, sourdough baker, homeschool dad of three — I document what it actually takes to build a healthy life around a family, not around a gym schedule. The training, the organic meals and sourdough made from scratch, the travel that doesn't derail either one. Backed by real training expertise, not just a following — content built to get your product results, not just views.

About

Not new to this life. New to the camera.

I've spent years as a certified personal trainer, helping people build routines that actually stick. Somewhere along the way, sourdough baking and homeschooling three kids became just as much a part of that life as the training itself. I'm new to creating content for brands — but not new to living this honestly, camera on or off. This site is where that daily routine and brand partnerships meet.

The lifestyle

One healthy life, shown from every angle

It's not training content, food content, and family content stitched together — it's what a genuinely healthy routine looks like when it has to work around a family of five.

How I move

Training as a certified personal trainer — real programming, form cues, and workouts that fit around a family schedule. A fit for activewear, supplements, and equipment.

How I eat

Organic meals and sourdough baked from scratch at home — starters, loaves, and the treats that make healthy eating feel worth it. Built for food, flour, and kitchenware brands.

Recipes · Bake days

How I structure the day

Homeschooling three kids sets the schedule everything else runs on. Training and meals are built around a homeschool day — the content features me, not my kids. A fit for homeschool, family wellness, and time-management brands.

Day-in-the-life

How I live it anywhere

Keeping the same routine intact on the road — local markets, outdoor training spots, eating well away from home. A fit for travel, hospitality, and gear brands.

Content formats

What a partnership with me looks like

I'm new to brand partnerships, so instead of a portfolio of past work, here's exactly what I can create — four formats built around how I actually use products.

Unboxing

First impressions, on camera, unscripted — I open it, react to it, and show exactly what's inside the way a real customer would.

Reels · First look

Feature Walkthrough

A clear walkthrough of what a product or service actually does — features, setup, and how it fits into a routine, explained plainly.

Reels · Demo

Honest Review

A few days or weeks of real use, then a straight take — what worked, what didn't, whether I'd actually recommend it. No script, no forced positivity.

Reels · In-depth

Everyday Favorites

The products already in my daily routine — training, cooking, family life — shown exactly how I use them, day to day.

How a collab works

From first message to posted content

01

Discover

You reach out (or I do) with a product or campaign brief. We check it's a real fit for the fitness / organic food / travel audience before anything else.

02

Concept

I pitch 2–3 content ideas that fit how I actually use the product — a workout, a recipe, a trip — so it reads as routine, not an ad.

03

Create

Filming and editing happen on my end. You get a draft to review before anything goes live.

04

Deliver

Final content posts on the agreed timeline, plus raw files and usage rights handed over as discussed.

How I partner

I believe in brand loyalty

The products I feature are the ones I keep buying myself. I'd rather commit to fewer brands and stay with them than post once and move on to the next one.

·

Ongoing over one-offRepeat features build more trust with my audience than a single sponsored post ever will — and more value for you over time.

·

Only what I'd actually useI don't take on partnerships outside what already fits my routine, so the recommendation still holds up long after the post date.

·

Consistency compoundsThe longer a brand stays part of the content, the more it reads as part of my life — not an ad inside it.
